SUMMERSTAGE 2025
Check back in late November for SummerStage 2025 Session Dates!
______________________
All groups will meet Mondays through Fridays at Arc Stages (147 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville), at the times listed below. Final Performances for our Young Actors & Tweens take place on the Thursday – Saturday of the culminating weekend of each 3-week session.
SummerStage Camp will be structured with classes in Acting Technique, Choreography, Improv & Theater Games, Stage Combat, Songwriting, Costume Design, Hip Hop, and more! The skills learned in these classes will be incorporated into the rehearsal of shows that will be performed at the culmination of each respective section. Actors spend part of each day in these classes, and part of the day in rehearsal for their shows.
We choose and create our shows specifically with our actors in mind, and each Young Actors, Tweens & Teen cast has two performances of their production over the final weekend of the session, in the Arc Stages theater. There may be more than one cast per age group per session, depending on registrations. The final performances will include scenes, songs, poems, etc., showcasing each and every actor. The show may be previously published or original — our camp productions, and classes, are different each session!
Every group will also receive Master Classes throughout SummerStage – including Shakespeare, On Camera, Mask and more – from visiting guest artists (including Broadway performers!) and exciting Special Event / Theme Days throughout.
Every day is unique at Arc SummerStage, an experience not to be missed!
*Little Theatre (K-1st grade) actors may have the option to extend their time at Arc Stages to full days via our Extended Day program. For this option, the cost would be the same as full day camp (see Young Actor/Tween pricing below).
